ABOUT OUR GYM

Mismo Gymnastics helps individuals of all ages develop learning and growing opportunities through gymnastics and many more fun activities. We offer preschool gymnastics, instructional gymnastics, competitive team gymnastics, parties for all occasions, trampoline and tumbling for children and adults, ski and snowboard air-awareness classes, and many other modern takes on movement, like our Urban program.
